Texas Clearance Leads (TCL) is a marketing + community hub for people who hunt clearance in Texas. Members share store finds, markdowns, and aisle intel — focused on actionable leads, not clickbait screenshots.

You’ll see retailer names in plain text (Home Depot, Walmart, Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, Costco, Best Buy), store context when available, and clear notes on what the system shows versus what the shelf tag says.

The TCL Leads app

Members get the TCL Leads Android app — the fastest way to work the feed without digging through Discord. Deals from stores across Texas are grouped by product, so one card shows the cheapest price and how many stores have it.

In the aisle, scan a barcode with the built-in scanner and the app checks that item against our Texas store data — price and stock, store by store — before you buy. Not on sale yet? Watch it, and the app pushes you the moment it drops.

Android only for now. Members sign in with an invite code; there is no public download or signup in the app.

Coverage
Statewide coverage is live. Our bots now pull from 34 Texas ZIP anchors for every retailer — hundreds of Texas stores. Costco went from a single Rio Grande Valley warehouse to warehouses across Texas, and the first statewide run surfaced thousands of fresh leads in a single pass.
Push
Push notifications are live. The app now pushes scan-watch hits (and further drops), community announcements, and ticket updates to your phone — no more checking the Alerts tab and hoping.
Scanner
Scan & watch. Scan any shelf item: if it’s in our data you see every Texas store’s price and stock, plus when a member last scanned it in a store. If it’s not on sale, one tap watches it for you.
Feed
A cleaner, grouped feed. One card per product with the cheapest price and store count, junk $0.00 listings filtered out, and every discount percentage recomputed from the real retail vs. current price before it posts.
More finds
Single-item finds now post at Best Buy and Costco. Even when there’s exactly one left on the shelf, the lead goes out — those are often the best hunts.
Support
Ticketed store & ZIP requests. Ask for a store or area from inside the app, get a ticket number, track it open/closed, and get a push when it’s resolved.

Apps and websites often show a system price. The sticker on the shelf can differ. TCL leads call out both when we know them — so you don’t drive across town for a phantom markdown.

System: what the app / POS / website says.
Shelf: what the physical tag shows in-store.
If they don’t match, we say so. No “guaranteed 80% off” bait.

How do I join?

Public membership is opening soon. Founding pricing is published above, and when signup opens, the official join link will be posted here — on this page only. Until then there is no public checkout, and nobody is authorized to sell you a TCL membership.

What does it cost?

Founding members (the first 100, across all tiers) pay $15/mo for Discord, $25/mo for Discord + App, or $35/mo for Pro — locked for life while the subscription stays active. After the first 100 members, new joiners pay $15 / $30 / $40.

What do members get?

Every tier includes the Discord community and all 6 retailers’ Texas lead feeds. App tiers add the TCL Leads Android app: grouped leads for your metro, the barcode scanner with scan-watch, in-app alerts, watchlist, price history, and ticketed support. Pro adds instant push alerts to your phone, all of Texas, and unlimited watches.

Which stores and areas are covered?

Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, Sam's Club, and Best Buy across Texas — scanned from 34 ZIP anchors statewide, including the Rio Grande Valley, DFW, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Most feeds refresh every 2 hours, and coverage grows as more Texas stores are added.

Is a lead a guarantee?

No. Clearance is first come, first served and stock changes fast. Leads show the system price and, when we know it, the shelf price — but always check before you make a long drive.

Is there an iPhone app?

Not yet. The TCL Leads app is Android only for now; members on iPhone can still use the Discord community.
